You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the App without our prior written consent.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these third-party resources and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aethera Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will occur. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aethera Life is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
